Terms of Service
Version 2026-06-10. SuperOS is operated by S & S Energy LLC(“we,” “us,” “our”).
1. Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, or using SuperOS, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SuperOS.
2. What SuperOS is — and is not
SuperOS is a software reference tool for oil and gas field work: a well map built from public agency records, calculators, reference documents, and 3D visualizations. It is a data-reference product.
- SuperOS is not professional engineering adviceand is not a substitute for the judgment of qualified personnel, your company’s procedures, or your operator’s current data. We do not offer engineering services.
- SuperOS is not a navigation authority and not a safety system. Never rely on it as your sole source for locating a well, planning a route, or making any operational or safety decision.
- SuperOS is not an emergency tool. Do not use it for emergency response, well control, or any time-critical safety decision.
3. Calculations — verify before use
Calculator and model outputs are computed from the numbers you enter using standard, published formulas. They are starting points for field reference only. You are responsible for verifying every output against current vendor, operator, and manufacturer data before any operational use. Outputs depend entirely on your inputs; wrong inputs produce wrong answers.
4. Well data, locations, and travel — read this one
Well, permit, and location data in SuperOS comes from public government and industry sources (including FracFocus, the Railroad Commission of Texas, the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department, and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources) and appears substantially as reported by operators and agencies. Those sources disclaim the accuracy of their own data, and so do we. Records can be wrong, stale, mislocated, or missing. Where we derive or flag a value, we label it.
- Coordinates are approximate. A pin on the map is a database record, not a survey. Verify the location and your route before you rely on either.
- SuperOS grants you no access rights. A well appearing in SuperOS does not mean you may enter the lease, site, or road that reaches it. You are solely responsible for permissions, check-ins, and compliance with operator, lease, and landowner rules. Unauthorized entry may be trespass.
- Oilfield sites are hazardous. You are solely responsible for your safety: required PPE, H2S awareness and certification where applicable, site-specific rules, road conditions, and weather. You assume all risk of injury, death, or property damage arising from traveling to, locating, or entering any location you found through SuperOS.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
- Accounts are personal. Do not share your account or sign-in links.
- Do not scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute SuperOS data or content; do not probe, overload, or interfere with the service; do not use SuperOS to violate any law.
- We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
6. Subscriptions, passes, and refunds
Some SuperOS features may require a paid plan or pass. Where offered: prices and what they include are shown before you buy; subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel online in the same place you manage your plan, effective at the end of the current billing period; canceling stops future charges and keeps your access through the period you paid for. Time-limited passes are non-refundable once activated. Where required by law we will obtain your express consent before charging and send renewal reminders. Granted (non-paid) passes are revocable and may be changed or discontinued.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
SuperOS’s software, design, and original content are ours and protected by law. We claim no ownership of underlying public records. If you send feedback, bug reports, or data corrections, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the service. To report content you believe infringes your rights, contact support@superos.tech and we will review and respond.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
SUPEROS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA IS CORRECT OR CURRENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON SUPEROS, INCLUDING TRAVEL TO ANY LOCATION; AND (b) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits; in those places these apply to the fullest extent permitted.
10. Indemnification
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of SuperOS, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right — including claims arising from entry onto land or sites you located through SuperOS.
11. Changes, governing law, contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new version date, and your continued use after that is acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@superos.tech.
